摘要: Abstract Purified ribosomal preparations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae , strain LK2G12, contained protein, RNA, phospholipid, and polysaccharide, in varying amounts depending on the growth condition. Freshly prepared ribosomes had a reduced viscosity about 10.0 ml/g, partial specific volume 0.70–0.74 extrapolated sedimentation coefficient ( S 20,w ∘ ) 84–90 S, molecular weights 7.0–10.9 × 10 6 . Frozen 5.0 0.65 92 weight lactis Y14, two commercial yeasts, “Red Star” “Fleischmann,” were also characterized. There slight differences among all these strains, especially RNA content.
