摘要: VP7 of group A rotavirus (RVA) contains major neutralizing epitopes. Using the antigenic protein VP6 as vector, chimeric proteins carrying foreign epitopes have been shown to possess good immunoreactivity and immunogenicity. In present study, using modified three derived from RVA were constructed. The results showed that reacted with anti-VP6 SA11 Wa virus strains. Antibodies guinea pigs inoculated recognized protected mammalian cells infection in vitro. activities antibodies against significantly higher than those vector VP6F. Thus, development vaccines a could be promising alternative enhance immunization RVAs.
