摘要: The Rubus species R. parviflorus, spectabilis and strigosus interfere with conifer seedling establishment on forest regeneration sites in Canada the United States. As a first step towards microbial metabolite-based control, callus cell suspension cultures of were developed as bioassay system to detect phytotoxic compounds that may have relevance vegetation control context. Rapidly growing friable obtained from leaf disks three weedy using similar culture media conditions (modified Murashige Skoog) but required different plant growth regulators (R. 4.5 μM 2,4-D; spectabilis, 26.9 NAA/0.5 zeatin; strigosus, 12.4 picloram). Cell health attributes including circumference, degree browning viability measured by TTC vital stain assay rapid convenient use. We established tissue systems will make it possible for large scale screening metabolites.
