摘要: Intact plants and in vitro cultures of four pea (Pisum sativum) cultivars (Adept, Herold, Komet, Menhir) that vary their degree susceptibility/resistance to Fusarium solani were inoculated with this pathogen or treated its culture filtrates compare reaction patterns at the phenotypic, histological biochemical level. Changes activity three peroxidase forms, cytosolic, membrane- ion-bound, isozymes studied detail. In addition, length weight roots regenerating plantlets explant as well symptom expression intact assessed. planta, screening revealed highest resistance cv. Adept, level susceptibility Menhir both F. metabolites. Regarding cultures, microfiltrated had stronger inhibitive effect than autoclaved ones. terms activity, only significant difference among was found ionic form, for most resistant Adept versus sensitive Menhir. Minor changes cytosolic noted planta vitro, while ion-bound significantly decreased explants. The aim our study explants verify whether application fungal is able mimic pathogenesis. Several responses be analogous plant infection morphological physiological levels. These can utilized an early tissue solani.
