摘要: Since copper ions catalyse the oxidation of nitroxyl anion to nitric oxide, we investigated whether this might explain vasodilator actions generator, Angeli's salt, in rat aorta. Parallel studies were conducted with S-nitroso-N-acetyl-D,L-penicillamine (SNAP), since Cu liberation oxide from compound. Copper sulphate enhanced relaxation salt and SNAP but resulted reduced destruction by superoxide rather than generation it was mimicked dismutase mimetic, MnCl2. Results selective Cu2+ chelators, neocuproine bathocuproine disulfonate, EDTA, cuprizone diethyldithiocarbamate, confirmed an important role for endogenous mediating suggested only a minor salt. Relaxation was, however, powerfully blocked proadifen, suggesting cytochrome P450.
