摘要: This thesis addresses several aspects of the surgical treatment diplopia in patients with Graves’ Orbitopathy (GO). We evaluated retrospectively outcome different types surgery on eye muscles to correct diplopia. Each operated muscle seems have its own dose-effect response, e.g. effect 1 mm recession correction position (strabismus). As soon as 3 months after surgery, is stable and if needed further can be planned. also studied tools measure strabismus were interchangeable, especially evaluate ductions cyclodeviation. The results this study helped set up success criteria for type treatment. Additionally, a literature review was performed argue details criteria. Two studies about patient’s quality life (QoL) showed significant increase both subscales QoL i.e. visual functioning appearance questions With presented proposal given future multicenter become more constrained all regarding GO-patients undergoing overall aim improve much possible.
