摘要: The pathogenesis of emotional disorders often involves associative learning that links anxiogenic stimuli to certain life experiences. Among these are phobias and post-traumatic stress severely affect the patients an increasing burden our societies. Treatment such generally promotion extinction processes, which defined as reduction aversively motivated behavior. Therefore, understanding molecular mechanisms underlying may help develop therapeutic strategies for disorders. Here, we discuss recent advances in machinery regulates learned fear mice. On this basis, suggest is regulated by counteracting signaling pathways either promote or prevent fear. Targeting should be beneficial treatment suffering from anxiety
