摘要: Transient stressful experiences may persistently facilitate associative and nonassociative learning, possibly through alterations of gene expression. Here we identify, by subtractive hybridization, differential expression the Cdk5 in response to stress. The protein is selectively induced fibers septohippocampal cholinergic neurons but not other regions prominent production. This upregulation accompanied increased kinase activity, which blocked completely inhibitor butyrolactone I. Microinjection I into lateral septum hippocampus prevents acquisition conditioned context-dependent fear as well its stress-induced facilitation. By demonstrating that a transient increase activity within system required for an important novel role has been identified.
