摘要: Using contraception for reproductive health has two main benefits: prevention of unplanned pregnancy and protection against sexually transmitted infections. Because this interrelationship STD (sexually diseases), the choice particular methods is important both to current future health. Individual choices about reproduction may conflict with public needs. For example, a woman who perceives an unintended be greater risk than acquisition choose her contraceptive method without regard prophylaxis. However, community in which she lives marketing condoms as preferred their dual prophylactic effects infection. The ultimate impact dynamic benefit-to-risk among contraceptives versus prophylaxis create trade-off individual women policymakers. Continued biologic behavioral research will necessary disentangle these complex interrelationships.
