摘要: Genetically encoded peptide libraries enabled the discovery of ligands for clinically relevant targets and functional materials. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) these improved selection by detecting low abundant clones quantifying changes in copy numbers without many rounds selection. Although NGS platforms have been widely used genome assembly, quantification gene expression (RNA-seq), metagenomic analyses, few examples literature describe phage libraries. This chapter aims to provide a detailed method Ph.D.-7 display library Ion Torrent. The main techniques covered this include (1) preparation sequencing, (2) (3) analysis data custom Matlab script.
