摘要: Since the landmark study of (1980), understanding role vascular endothelium has exploded. Current knowledge views not only as a barrier between blood and tissue, but also factory producing variety mediators influencing smooth muscle contractility, coagulation inflammatory responses. In addition, beyond short-term effects these mediators, they may have long-term influences on vessel growth development.
