摘要: This article contrasts the Myalgic Encephalomyelitis International Consensus Criteria (ME-ICC) (Carruthers et al., 2011) with Fukuda al. (1994) CFS criteria. Findings indicated that ME-ICC case definition criteria identified a subset of patients more functional impairments and physical, mental cognitive problems than larger group meeting The sample also had significantly greater rates psychiatric comorbidity. These findings suggest utilizing may identify homogenous individuals severe symptomatology impairment. Implications high comorbidity found in ME are discussed.
