摘要: Considerable debate surrounds the search for defining features of patients with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Current case definitions were created through clinical consensus. Failure to operationalize these has led considerable variability in identification patients. In addition, some (e.g., Fukuda et al., 1994) do not require cardinal symptoms this illness, where as other core illness (Carruthers 2003, 2011), latter criteria appear identify a more impaired group Criterion variance is most likely occur when operationally explicit exist diagnostic categories (Spitzer, Endicott, & Robins, 1978), or there are varying contrasting definitions, which an impediment research field.
