摘要: More then 125 years ago the Academy of Political Science published first volume “Political Quarterly,” focusing mainly on defining nature political science and its importance for future mankind. Since 1886 world have faced more than just one revolutions, two wars, growth decline fascism communism. Historical events should lead us to another questions: what is (or be) relationship between history (as academic science) science? how important understanding past envisioning building better future?
