摘要: Over the past decades, significant experience has been gained in demand-driven research on climate change many countries. In Netherlands, a competitive call for proposals large programmes at interface between policy, science and private sector was issued 2001. Members of Dutch community proved they were able to develop two programme which funded: ‘Climate changes Spatial Planning’ its successor ‘Knowledge Climate’. The ran from 2004 2012 2008 2014, respectively. Both can be considered as 10-year experiment knowledge about both system compatible development by crossing disciplines, institutions national funding strategies. Within this period, trend observed ‘top-down’ impact assessment approach is increasingly combined with ‘bottom-up’ approach.
