摘要: Two strains of iodine-producing bacteria were isolated from marine samples. 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated the most closely related to Roseovarius tolerans, and phylogenetic analysis both belong same genus. 5 mM iodide inhibited growth strain 2S5-2 almost completely, S6V slightly. Both produced free iodine organic iodide. CH2I2, CHI3 CH2ClI main iodines by 2S5-2, CH2I2 S6V. Experiments using cells spent media suggested that compounds released or contained in necessary for considerable production CH2ClI, though was with H2O2 iodine.
