摘要: Objective Healthcare systems have adopted electronic health records (EHRs) to support clinical care. Providing patient-centered care (PCC) is a goal of many healthcare systems. In this study, we sought explore how existing EHR PCC; defined as understanding the patient whole person, building relational connections between clinician and patient, supporting patients in self-management. Materials methods We assessed availability functions consistent with providing PCC including goals preferences, integrated plans, contextual patient-generated data. surveyed then interviewed technical representatives expert users 6 leading Questions focused on specific data related (for representatives) usefulness clinicians) their EHR.
