摘要: Switched Current (SI) samplers are classified as either saturation or triode samplers, based on the operating mode of sampling transistor. Then limitations speed, SNR, and power dissipation found for two along with their optimum bias levels. Based analysis, an SI sampler using offers best overall performance. If a is used, its performance can be maximized use regulated cascode structure.
