摘要: A closed-form solution for the large-signal step response of a MOS current mirror is derived. The resulting expression shows analytically that mirror's characterized primarily by final value input both rising and falling steps. suitability expressions behavioral modeling demonstrated with comparisons to results obtained using HSPICE circuit simulator level 3 models. >
