摘要: Abstract Low response to glucocorticoid (GC) predicts therapeutic failure in acute T lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). The efficient and safe strategies are still required for the treatment of relapsed T-ALL. Our previous study revealed that tetrandrine induces apoptosis human lymphoblastoid cells possibly via activation NF-κB. GCs recognized as typical NF-κB inhibitors used T-ALL patients. In present study, we examined whether methylprednisolone (MP) potentiates cytotoxic effect (TET) regulation by using MOLT-4 cells. WST-8 assay data showed nM grade MP increased cytotoxicity TET against vitro. This seemed be related potentiation action induce apoptosis. Meanwhile, combination also impeded transition cell cycle from G0/G1 phase S phase. However, this on had no relationship with cyclin signaling pathway, since drug-combination did not influence expression A2/B1/D1 On other hand, significantly inhibited phosphorylation (p
