摘要: Manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) has been used to speed up the recovery of frozen shoulder, which is said be a self-limiting process. We would like elucidate short- and long-term results treatment shoulders by manipulation compare idiopathic, post-trauma post-surgery shoulders. applied an adjusted Constant score (Constant after excluding 25 points allocated for assessment muscle strength) assess all patients. In our series, 47 cases with 51 were collected evaluated retrospectively. The at pre-manipulation was on average 22.8±4.9 (10–31) points. from 3-week follow-up 52.6±9.2 (31–67) average. averaged 82-month 70.1±6.2 (54–75) points, 23 scored maximum point number 75. early late follow-ups significantly lower group (63.2±6.7) when compared other two groups (P<0.001). Our revealed that anestheia very simple noninvasive procedure shortening course apparently disease can improve shoulder function symptoms within short period time. However, we found less improvement in shoulders, especially residual pain limited range motion (ROM), may influenced initial injury or surgery. Although ROM noted, still good way treat
