Understanding Depression in Rural Chiapas: Contextualizing Quantitative Measures and Patients’ Experiences

摘要: Depressive disorders are highly prevalent in primary care settings and associated with severe physical social impairment. However, it is a challenge for health providers to identify depressive early. The Patient Health Questionnaire-2 (PHQ-2) PHQ-9 have been widely used screening diagnosis of depression settings.
