摘要: Several foods on the market, such as yogurt and fermented milk, include mixtures of prebiotics probiotic microorganisms effective in promoting proliferation equilibrium intestinal bacteria, thus improving gut health. Particularly, researchers public have shown increasing interest combination probiotics with natural substances that promote health or can act substrates to bacterial growth. The aim this study is evaluate effects different extracts Aloe barbadensis arborescens taking into account both prebiotic effect aloe polysaccharides antimicrobial activity several secondary metabolites. results demonstrate a beneficial 5% inner gel Lactobacillus growth confirm phenolic compounds peculiar green rind extracts.
