摘要: Three greenhouse experiments were carried out to compare the responses of Aloe arborescens and barbadensis with organic fertilization (standard or reduced fertiliza- tion level), arbuscular mycorrhiza (with AM (+AM) without (-AM)), salinity (1 80 mM NaCl) in terms plant growth, leaf yield, mineral composition, nutraceutical value. In all experiments, yield fresh leaves was significantly higher by 320%, 252%, 72%, respectively, A. comparison arborescens. Doubling fertilizer dose, growth parameters increased, but bioactive compounds negatively affected. The highest antioxidant activity recorded using both regimes, whereas values anthraquinones aloin ob- served a regime when plants inoculated fungi. b-polysaccharide concentration A.arborescens increased 33% species, increasing decreased weight total dry biomass b-polysaccharides content 66% 21%, respectively. results suggest that cultural practices such as fertilization, inoculation fungi, irrigation saline water can represent effective tools achieve more favorable phytochemical profile.
