摘要: Artichoke is one of the world's oldest medicinal plants known for its pharmacological potential. Recommended actions, antioxidant, diuretic and choleretic, extract leaves widely used as phytotherapy. These properties are due to high total polyphenol content flavonoids present in leaves. Both phenolic compounds content, antioxidant activity, may change depending on hybrid used, phenological stage crop management. Therefore, use arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi artichoke has been studied an alternative increase amount functionality these compounds. Thus, objective this study was evaluate how infection changes polyphenols activity leaf extracts four hybrids, at seedling production stage. To determine aqueous hybrids ('Concert F1', 'Madrigal 'Opal F1' 'Symphony F1') inoculated non-inoculated with AM were used. A commercial product formulated basis hyphae spores Paraglomus brasilanum, Rhizophagus clarus, Glomus deserticola, Rizophagus intraradices, monosporum, Funneliformis mosseae Gigaspora margararita inoculation. The treatments arranged a factorial 4 (hybrid) × 2 (inoculated non-inoculated) complete randomized block design three replications. All data submitted ANOVA means compared by Tukey's test (P≤0.05). featured 'Madrigal' (292.36 mg GAE L-1) 'Concerto' (286.5 fungi. Highest capacity measured exception obtained from 'Madrigal'. Inoculation hybrids.
