摘要: The tribological properties of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 (GF/PA6, 15/85 by weight) and its composites filled with solid lubricants were investigated. main purposes this article to study the hybrid effect as well synergism combined lubricants, wear mechanisms studied SEM. results showed that graphite impaired GF/PA6, but tribology behavior GF/PA6 composite could be significantly improved polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) or/and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), 5 wt % graphite, PTFE together UHMWPE exhibited lowest friction coefficient rate, which was almost a reduction in 37% rate 34% contrast GF/PA6. load also studied, virtually not affected load, while all increased increasing load.
