摘要: Proteolytic pseudomonads isolated from raw milk were classified by numerical taxonomy. Unweighted pair-group average-linkage cluster analysis was used to 49 bacterial strains, of which 26 Pseudomonas species, as described in the Bergey's Manual Determinative Bacteriology, based on 52 characters. The isolates resided two clusters; one containing fluorescens and other fragi. identified with hydrolyzed proteins fat produced phospholipase. fragi-like but did not produce phospholipase fluorescent pigment. hydrolytic characteristics showed that nature substrate conditions under test conducted critical.
