摘要: Individuals carrying balanced constitutional reciprocal translocations generally have a normal phenotype, but often present reproductive disorders. The aim of our research was to analyze the meiotic process in an oligoasthenoteratospermic boar asymmetric translocation involving chromosomes 1 and 14. Different multivalent structures (quadrivalent trivalent plus univalent) were identified during chromosome pairing analysis. Some these multivalents characterized by presence unpaired autosomal segments with histone γH2AX accumulation sometimes associated XY body. Gene expression spermatocytes studied RNA-DNA-FISH microarray-based testis transcriptome Our results revealed decrease gene for 14 up-regulated X-chromosome genes translocated compared individuals. We hypothesized that observed arrest failure this might be due silencing crucial (MSUC) disturbance sex inactivation (MSCI). Further analysis abnormal recombination (frequency distribution) production high rate unbalanced spermatozoa.
