摘要: — Following intracranial injections of puromycin, the incorporation [3H]leucine into brain protein was inhibited by 80 per cent. Conversely, [35S]sulphate sulphatide or [2-3H]glycerol phosphatidyl choline not inhibited. Under these conditions, appearance labelled in myelin 90 cent, while newly and membrane greatly affected. Experiments with cycloheximide gave similar results choline, but total decreased about 30 cent animals given cycloheximide. Neither puromycin nor had any inhibitory effect on galactocerebroside sulphotransferase.
