摘要: Purpose: The numbers of patients with nonmalignant diseases referred for radiation therapy had to be evaluated the last 4 years. Patients and Methods: In years 2002, 2004, 2005 was performed in 61, 40, 26 patients, respectively. Regularly, more women than men were treated, median age annually 57, 54, 55 years, respectively (Table 1). radiotherapy scheme not modified within period. Results: proportion among all treated decreased from 4.7% 2002 3.3% 2004 2.2% 2005, A shift noticed toward treatment four main (endocrine orbitopathy, prevention heterotopic ossification, meningeoma, tendinitis, Table 2). number referring physicians 19 six. Conclusion: Due administrative restrictions hospitals, budget private practices lasting, insufficient revenues diseases, entire group benign is endangered.
