摘要: This paper examines the effects of pollution taxes on welfare and environment for a small open economy. In presence tourism, provide double dividend less improvements in tourism terms trade. The optimal are derived under exogenous endogenous they can be greater or than marginal damage perceived by domestic residents. Numerical simulations show that tax rate is larger tourism.
