摘要: In this essay I examine the impact of ‘free’ international commodity markets and national factor on environmental quality in context a ‘small’ country committed to Lindahl taxation degradation. The ‘gains from trade’ proposition, as well GATT Article XX, serve backdrop for my analysis.
