摘要: A system and method of sensing physiological conditions in biological applications includes a laser source for optically exciting plurality luminescent quantum dots biomolecules nanoscale having nanocrystal structure, where the is stained with dye. In multi-photon excitation process, excites, system, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) occurs between biomolecules. Stability self assembly dot peptide conjugates within investigated. Physiological at cellular level are determined, using spectrometer to sense fluorosence spectra. The transducing signals into immunoassays, clinical diagnostics imaging provide treatment subjects including human patients.
