摘要: In an effort to understand the genetic diversity of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and prevalence PCV2 infection in Taiwanese herds, we have sequenced complete genomes from PCV2-infected specimens individually measured antibody titer against pigs reared Taiwan between years 2000 2002. A total 623 originating displaying varied clinical signs were screened with polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results showed that 309 (49.6%) tested positive for PCV2. Eight used amplification viral genome. Sequence comparison indicated 8 isolates shared 95-99% similarity. Phylogenetic analysis all 40 North America, Europe, Asia revealed those grouped together one large group containing two minor subgroups. The classified into serum antibodies was investigated, results approximately 83.5% seropositive. Finishing possess highest titers antibodies, while 9-week-old contained lowest specific antibodies. Our suggest infections become common pig farms.
