摘要: Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) shedding patterns were investigated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for the detection of PCV2 DNA, and diagnostic suitability a sample PCR was examined using different types samples. In experimental infection, sixteen pigs inoculated intranasally with PCV2. The samples, including oropharyngeal nasal swabs, feces, whole blood serum became positive DNA immediately after inoculation, almost all samples remained during observation period, post-inoculation-day 70. Field collected from 313 in five age groups. overall percentages blood, feces detected 30.4%, 19.2%, 20.4%, respectively. frequency increased nursery stages reached peak 3 to 4-month-old pigs. These results indicate that infection may occur weaning, be present long period are most suitable analysis
