摘要: Phase relations in the Si-C-O-N system were studied by subjecting mixtures of carbon and silica (C/SiO2= 2 to 3) high temperatures (up 2000 K) elevated nitrogen pressures (0.5 2.0 MPa) a gas autoclave. The condensed-phase assemblages obtained at different temperatures, pressures, N/Si ratios are reported compared with thermodynamic calculations. Values ΔGfo(Si2ON2) consistent experimental data -397 kJ/mol 1780 K -369 1890 K. influence on synthesis seeding starting material is discussed.
