摘要: PURPOSE Cell cycle progression is regulated by interactions of specific cyclins and cyclin dependent kinases (CDKs) at the G1-S G2-M checkpoints cell deregulation plays a major role in carcinogenesis human cancers. PATIENTS AND METHODS To investigate regulators pathogenesis gastric cancers, 23 cases carcinomas were examined for expression B1, p34cdc2, p27(Kip1) p53 immunohistochemical methods, gene was correlated with various clinicopathologic findings. RESULTS Out studied, B1 diffusely expressed 20 (87.0%), p34cdc2 14 (60.9%) 12 (52.2%), whereas normal tissues, weakly not expressed. In contrast, only 8.7% compared 78.3% tissues. There correlation between (p=0.002), loss (p=0.025), (p=0.065). addition, regional lymph node metastasis (p=0.032). CONCLUSION Our results indicate that are involved genesis or Furthermore, overexpression may play an important metastatic potential cancer. Thus, abnormal CDKs, roles carcinogenesis.
