摘要: New perinatal care technologies have improved the survival rate of preterm neonates, but prevalence bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), one most intractable problems in neonatal intensive unit (NICU), remains unchanged. In present study, high-throughput sequencing (HTS) was performed to detect expression profiles long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), messenger (mRNAs), circular (circRNAs), and microRNAs (miRNAs) hyperoxia-induced BPD mouse model. Significant differentially expressed were selected clustered between group control group. The results revealed that expressions 1778 lncRNAs, 1240 mRNAs, 97 circRNAs, 201 miRNAs significantly altered Gene ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) predict potential functions RNAs. lncRNA-mRNA circRNA-miRNA coexpression networks constructed their association with pathogenesis BPD. Our study provides a systematic perspective on function during
