摘要: Summary In an attempt to elucidate metabolic mechanisms of the inhibitory effect nitrogen feeding on formation phenolics, influence ammonium nitrate production flavonoids, biosynthetic use exogenous L-phenylalanine for their building, and functional capacity shikimic acid pathway in excised buckwheat cotyledons hypocotyls was studied. treatment caused, besides a marked decrease total significant reduction incorporation into these compounds while activity responsible primary synthesis aromatic amino acids showed slight increase. hypocotyls, accumulation flavonoids accompained by up 30% inhibition pathway, but no change exceeding level changes its uptake could be observed. It concluded that cotyledons, nitrogen-induced flavonoid resulted from shift distribution favour protein biosynthesis, similar probably conditioned via pathway.
