摘要: Objectives: The aim of the presented work was to develop Ca-alginate microparticles for oral administration naproxen reinforced with chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) a special interest examine potential COS improvement stability in simulated intestinal fluid (SIF).Method: Microparticles were prepared according two-step procedure using an air-jet device varying calcium chloride and concentration gelling medium. All subjected size determination, morphology, surface, inner structure analysis by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), drug loading (DL) encapsulation efficiency (EE), differential calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, vitro swelling, release studies.Results: In general, COS-treated spherical shape but somewhat deformed, exhibiting surface roughness mean particle less than 350 µm.
