摘要: The traffic of mobile core networks can reveal important features usage scenarios.Since Internet Things applications are expected to provide great variety use-cases for 5G networks, it is interesting know their effect on the network. simplified Mobile Broadband, Massive IoT and Critical represent scene very well. patterns such be found in LTE EPC (Long Term Evolution Evolved Packet Core) traffic, when analyzing per-APN (Access Point Name) signaling. This paper describes how emerging matched with APN types. While these telco-operated APNs, names do suggest use-case scenarios – we that commonalities within groupings. results actually match original hypothesis: analysis signaling event interarrival times shows simple metrics used distinguish scenarios.
