Business Incubators: Leveraging Skill Utilization through Social Capital

摘要: This study examines the role that social capital among tenant companies of a business incubator plays in acquisition and utilization skills by those companies. Social is resource derived from structure content relations individuals or groups. Questionnaire data were gathered 53 managers (primarily owners) five incubators established State Privatization Office Turkish Republic. As hypothesized, relational cognitive each had significant unique positive relationship with skill utilization. Contrary to hypothesis, structural did not have These results indicate companies' enhanced generated between such as whether they trust identify other share common language perspective.
