摘要: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a major cause of health loss in the world. Prevention and treatment this disease by traditional Chinese medicine is promising method. Centranthera grandiflora Benth high-value medicinal herb prevention CVDs; its main components include iridoid glycosides, phenylethanoid azafrin roots. However, biosynthetic pathways these their regulatory mechanisms unknown. Furthermore, there no genomic resources herb. In article, we provide sequence transcript abundance data for root, stem, leaf transcriptome C. obtained Illumina Hiseq2000. More than 438 million clean reads were from libraries, which produced 153,198 unigenes. Based on databases annotation, total 557, 213, 161 unigenes annotated to catalpol, acteoside, pathways, respectively. Differentially expressed gene analysis identified 14,875 differentially enriched between root with 8,054 upregulated genes 6,821 downregulated genes. Candidate MYB transcription factors involved biosynthesis also predicated. This work first will aid deciphering active components.
