摘要: Aging may be an important factor affecting brain injury by intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). In the present study, we investigated responses of glial cells and monocytes to in normal aged rats. ICH was induced microinjecting autologous whole blood (15 microL) into striatum young (4 month old) (24 Sprague-Dawley Age-dependent relations tissue damage with macrophageal were evaluated. Three days after ICH, activated microglia/macrophages OX42-positive processes swollen cytoplasm more abundantly distributed around inside hemorrhagic lesions. These dramatic versus Western blot immunohistochemistry analyses showed that expression interleukin-1beta protein greater rats, whereas GFAP ciliary neurotrophic significantly lower results suggest causes severe rats most likely due overactivation concomitant repression reactive astrocytes.
