摘要: The integration of biomarkers reporting on drug pharmacodynamics or a disease state is becoming necessary in the cost-effective design clinical trials. Transcriptional changes skin measured using whole-genome arrays have been useful assessing dermatology. Not only are biopsies well-tolerated and easy to obtain, but they sample system which many complex signaling developmental networks active wide variety targets may be expected play role, either directly indirectly. Recent advances led use transcriptional profiling for making pharmacodynamic measurements trials, even non-dermatological conditions.
