Unified Consideration of Wave Amplification in Moving Media

摘要: By quantization of wave fields in a moving medium we have quanta negative energy when the velocity exceeds phase medium. Wave amplification phenomena caused by are classified four types, to each which several kinds known or instabilities attached, e.g. traveling‐wave tube, two‐stream instability, ultrasonic CdS crystal, roton excitation superfluid helium, beam‐plasma etc. A new type amplifier, an inverse maser, is proposed.
