摘要: Vinasse is a residue of the sugarcane industry. It can be biodigested or not, in this case referred as conventional. The conventional vinasses have high content organic matter and mineral elements, leading to their common use soil fertilizer for crop. However, are toxic residues they salinize if used too much. On other hand, production photosynthetic microalgae costly using support its growth may contribute cost reduction. because vinasse dark color toxicity, dilution necessary accomplish microalgal growth. Here we present results on biomass yield Chlorella vulgaris that been treated by filtration centrifugation before culture medium. A concentration range 10 100 % was tested occurred 80 %, with no nutrient addition. We evaluated pH, electrical conductivity, absorbance at 570 nm, cell density every 24 h 6-day incubation experiment. Specific rates were calculated showed 60 filtered vinasses, C. performed well controls rich synthetic media, up 1.2 day−1. Thus, propose medium lowering costs production, advantage increasing value.
