摘要: Neochloris oleoabundans (=Ettlia oleoabundans) is a green microalga that has great potential for the production of biodiesel. To achieve economically viable processes biodiesel from microalgae, use wastewater highly recommended. However, there are no reports on cultivation N. utilizing anaerobic digestates vinasse or stillage, which polluting alcohol industry. A first group experiments was conducted, aiming to establish optimal culture conditions (UTEX 1185) using effluents (AEV) in bubble columns incubated under controlled conditions. The highest density obtained medium containing 6 % such with daily addition sodium bicarbonate (1 g L−1). total lipid content varied 17.7 38.5 range 2 8 AEV added bicarbonate. second + and flat plate photobioreactor-incubated outdoors performed. An increase 62 cell compared value registered Bold’s basal (BBM) observed. Furthermore, high ammonium–nitrogen removal (85.2 %) flocculation efficiency (42 after 30 min) indicate dual-purpose systems aimed at producing densities lipid-enriched biomass this feasible. uses supplemental organic waste as source nutrients very important factors contribute reducing cost production.
