摘要: Frequency domain multiplexing (FDM) is an attractive option for the readout of imaging arrays microcalorimeters. Implementation FDM requires ac biasing individual In this letter we present a small signal model behavior microcalorimeter under bias. Moreover, have measured same (at 46 kHz) and dc These experiments show that performance device very similar in terms energy resolution, pulse shapes, current–voltage characteristics. The resolution at 5.89 keV 6.9 eV bias 5.5 effective time constant both cases 100 μs.
