摘要: The JAK–STAT pathway is the central intracellular signal transduction cascade initiated by ligand binding to numerous growth factor and cytokine receptors, since its discovery two decades ago it has been subject of extensive investigation. negatively regulated SOCS family proteins, which restrict extent response, thus preventing excessive deleterious inflammatory immune signaling. There are now many examples human mutations disease conditions where JAK–STAT–SOCS axis perturbed, we have witnessed advent JAK inhibitors in clinic. This review explores our current understanding how this unique functions.
